I can hear it but for some reason the video not working.

Cylinder of the Partner 500, I used a Husqvarna closed port cylinder and a 350 piston.

I like those little Partners, here's mine. Closed port 55 cylinder .030 pop up piston 55 carb bored and main jet drilled Muffler mod Timing advanced EX 104 TR 122 IN 78

If the rear sprocket matches the chain and it's on the rear sprocket correctly, then it looks like the chain is to short.

Muffler and heat shield with a spacer brazed on for the 036/044 hybrid I'm working on.

044 cylinder that's going on an 036, base cut, exhaust widened, intake squared up and a little off the piston skirts for clearance. EX 109 TR 128 IN 76

Got a quick tune and some cuts on video. Just a couple of things to work out but it's pretty much done until I get on the OEM cylinder.

I tried the 039 carb and couldn't get it to start so I put an 044 carb on it just until I put a kit in the in the 039 carb, It looks promising, one turn out on the on the screws and it started right up. I'll get it back together in a bit and give it a try.

Does it have the original closed port cylinder, I think they came with a closed port? If not I've got one that I'll never use.

The area of a 1"x3/4" rectangle, .75" is a little bit less than a 1" pipe, .78" so it should be good. It had great low end torque for what it is, the last cut in the video I'm trying to bog it down and I'm putting a lot of pressure on it and it slowed down but kept on going. I not expecting it...

I don't remember what they were to start with but I raised the uppers to 122 to give me 20 degrees blowdown. The mufflers the same in the video as it was in the pics, the inside hole behind the deflector is about a 1"x3/4" rectangle. I just got an 044 boot and put it on with a little Hondabond...

Just trying it out with the stock carb, I'm waiting on an 039 carb. Just a quick tune, I'm having problems on the low side so I had to turn the idle up. Surprisingly the AM cylinder did pretty good, good torque and kept the RPMs up in the cut.

I'm going to try a 361 carb on it and see how it does. I've got the air box roughed in, changed covers on the carb, throttle rod, fuel and impulse figured out, everything works like it should.
