I like the looks of that one, the 288 one I did looks similar.

It's not really that big, around .040, the piston is domed and the outside part I cut to match the angle of the squish band makes it look big.

I've got a 4400, 600p and a 620p. I like 600 and 620, the 4400, not so much. When I ported the 600 and 620 I dropped the exhaust down to 109, looking for more torque. I'm sure they aren't as fast as a professionally ported one but the run pretty good. Stock 620 Just a muffler mod, 2-3...

That's why I try and put them coming out to one side or the other if I can. I think only one of my saws has the exit out the front, my Redmax g450.

That's why I would like to hear Red97's thoughts on it, he's done a lot of dyno runs with different exhaust.

No, I've never heard that. From my own experiences, I've never had an outlet that was to big and I've put some big outlets on some small saws.

I've also used Motoseal without a problem.

I like Hondabond, it's cheap and works good.

Farmertec cylinder from a 361 kit saw, very ugly cylinder starting out. Probably being an aftermarket cylinder it won't run as good as an OEM one but it's fun trying. Before and after
