Hello everyone. Got a JD 80EV that seems to have lost spark. I know the ignition module is no longer available. My question is has anyone figured out a replacement for the ignition module? A work around using something from a different model or brand of saw.

If by JD we are talking John Deere- then look for Echo 750 EVL parts- same saw, different paint.
They are hard to find parts for- you get that with some older model, less common saws.
Only option I know of is good secondhand and following all the known checks to verify which components are incorrectly set or damaged on what you already have.
Keep looking at Ebay and secondhand parts dealers online.
