For my 372xt, I measured out the exhaust port size & opened up holes in the muffler (2) about the same size…as I run screens 100% of the time, I figured in the approximate obstruction from them and ended up @ ~ 70% of the intake opening for the exhaust outlets…seems to work well🤷🏼‍♂️

Appreciate it! Likely the best bet for me would be to gut the the 2 plastic parts, but leave the cylinder intake grinding until later, just in case😆. I’m really interested in going full OE on the thing, but perhaps buying a good set of used OE cases and starting from scratch would be more fun😁

Appreciate the info!! I usually don’t get too crazy with the rakers as less seems to be more when it comes to those things. I know some guys out here will run ‘em @ .050-.060, but all I get are chains stuck doing that😆. I find, for me at least, that .030” and a sharp 32” full skip chisel chain...
