First thoughts- too rich on the H circuit.
If all other ducks are in a row tuning wise, I would make small adjustments to the H by say 1/8th of a turn in and see if that makes a difference.
If you go too far it will lean the mix out at WOT to a point of scoring the piston- so do not stray too far from the base settings shown on the side cover.
If that does not help, my next guess would be the metering lever level- the lever and spring inside the carb that control the needle valve- if it is too high, it will flood the saw out coming off the H circuit of WOT and returning to the L circuit.
This is of course if you have not just finished some kind of major rebuild and something in the repairs have not been done just right.
