Stihl 042 AV

Recently ran on to a new 042 in need of carb work that went well, but air cleaner element {complete} was missing. Would like to purchase a new or used if anyone has one laying around. Also have a 034 that has been a great saw and afforded years of use in our home heating project, but is seeming to be a little softer this year. Still using this but considering new rings or trying an aftermarket upper end. Any advice on this would be well appreciated.

Thank You, I'll give them a try. That 034 was a bench build about 10 years ago from a bunch of used parts, and has been a great saw, has worked up a mountain of wood for us and others. Just not ready to retire it yet though.
