I have just replaced the points and condenser on my Stihl 041 farm boss. How do i set the timing? I appreciate your help, thanks...

Been a good long while since I have been into one of these old relics with points.
I believe the points are factory set and there is a strike mark on the case that lines up with a strike mark on the points plate- line those up and the points are timed.
However, not sure you can swap another ignition from another saw to your old case and have that rule still apply- maybe the same with a new old stock set.
Once you get to that stage I guess lining up the strike marks might be a good starting spot and then trial and error?
