Exhaust screen was plugged and high jet screwed in all the way and low out 5 turns! Metering diaphragm wasn’t hooked under the lever.

All you need now is for a couple of Wally's to jump on explaining how good they can port it for you and slap each other with wet towels about who can do it better and who can puff their wee chests out further.

That crap drives me nuts! Showing a little Couth goes a long way. Sadly the only bar I had that would fit was a 32” full comp. it pulled it ok for test cuts but definitely not a bar I’d run on it. Probably run a 20” on it
20-22-24 work okay on those, 24 is not an ideal hardwood full comp kind of bar- but the saw will do it.

Hard wood is pretty rare here. Mostly evergreens in the pnw

Once I got it cutting for a bit it developed an air leak. No wonder they were going to toss it

Yup. I’m pretty sure it’s flywheel side. Will know more this morning. Thankfully I keep those seals in stock

Ended up being base gasket right under the intake. Deleted that and she runs great now.
