New build 61

Starting a new build. Husqvarna 61 to 268.
Old corse thread crank. 61 cylinder was well loved. Going with hyway cylinder and pop up piston

.024” squish with gasket
Stock numbers
Ex 103
Intake 73
blow down 121

So an old "white top" originally?
Is there enough clearance to reuse the original top cover?
Read some good reviews on that Hyway combination- should make for an interesting saw.

It’s got a dark green’ish top on it now.
Just did this same build for a friend.
No fancy work on this one

Cark greenish?
So a UV faded grey/black top?
Nice upgrade if the 48mm is pooched- only one I have is a 300 year anniversary model black top and although double coiled- the topend is still in okay condition and will stay that way for a while.
Had intentions of 272ing it...... but found the 2171 to scratch that itch.
