Hello, all new OEM pump parts . Vent under recoil thoroughly solvent cleaned and blown clean as was all passages. Tank internal strainer removed and is fine. Oil tank and passages thoroughly cleaned and flushed with kerosene. Mystik bar oil. Cannot get a spray pattern to come off bar tip, chain not getting much/any lube. Only option is to put in a new set of pump parts, who’s falls into the definition of insanity. Any ideas? Thanks

Also, enlarged hole slightly in aluminum pump body, vented cap on order. Any idea how to remove check valve and bronze filter? Looks like you have to drill it out. But running with cap off didnt help anyway.
Plastic worm gear drive not meshed with pump spindle. or not meshed correctly with clutch bell drive teeth, incorrect assembly and plastic worm gear stripped.
Incorrect bar tail that does not align with oil gallery.
Bar rails and oil port in bar filled with debris.

Thanks, no pics cuz everything is new. Checked oil port alignment to rubber part it’s good. I did find something interesting, enough slop axially to where sprocket could separate from worm drive tangs. I had one machinery bushing that helped a little more oil come out. I may be expecting more oil spray than I should. Will get another bushing. New worm drive on order.
