Hi, I noticed the vibration of my saw caused the 3 screws that attach the crank case cover to the crank case to become loose, even spinning fast counter-clockwise. I lost the bottom right screw and upon inspection I noticed the area it should screw into was missing.
Also the bottom left screw still spins since the screw socket is stripped.
What can I do to avoid having to buy a new crank case? Please see yellow boxes in the attached image.

Go to your local agent, or Ebay and look for Husqvarna clip/nut or U nuts.
They were a common part on many plastic cased saws from around the 350 to the 460.
Part number 503 22 69-02 and I believe were available in packs of three.

Right rear looks like it had been shaped to fit a square nut after the correct one was stripped out by someone over torqueing the bolt.
Plastic weld and shape to suit the original clip/nut, epoxy something in?
Where there is a will there is a way, if not wanting to spring for new cases- you are going to have to cobble something up to make it work.
