I have a Hyundai saw that starts OK when cold but after a few minutes it dies and will not start until it is cold again. Do I need to adjust something?

If it starts and runs as a chainsaw should from cold, then say 10 minutes of run time it stops for no real reason, but if allowed to cool will start and run as normal for another 10 minutes but quit again.
I would be assuming a coil that is breaking up internally- heat expanding the pack and loosing the ability to work correctly until it cools and contracts.

Thanks for your reply, I hadn't thought of anything like that. The saw is only 2 or 3 years old and had little use, just for cutting firewood and doesn't get over hot. It won't even run for more than 5 mins before it runs down and stops. putting the choke on doesn't help. I have cleaned the filter in case it was blocked, it wasn't. It's very frustrating because it works perfectly at first.
