Hey everyone. My name is Michael and I have a 20” Craftsman S205 Model #cmxgsamy462s and I figured I could find the parts I needed but that is proving difficult. I loaned out my chainsaw and it came back with the chain jammed. I found the spike plate bent and causing the jam. I can find that part, but on further inspection, I found that the plastic piece (screenshot attached from repair video) was broken. Clearly, this piece distributes the bar oil and is needed. When I look at the parts diagram, I find nothing. I tried looking for a complete oil pump assembly, but I can’t find what I’m looking for. Any advice or ideas for a fix if the part isn’t available? Thank you for reading and your consideration.

Okay, I am not entirely familiar with the particular model- but I can tell you the thing in your hand is a spring anti vibe and mounts between tank tail and case of the saw to allow for some anti vibration transmission.
Photo two is of the pocket where that spring fits and bolts to the tank tail- it also shows the broken chain catch spring cover.
Photo 3 shows the same region of the saw and the spring cover/chain catch in place although somewhat damaged.

I can also inform you that area has NOTHING to do with distributing the chain bar oil, that is the metal thing surrounding the crankshaft the clutch threads on to- that is the oil pump- can clearly be seen in photo 3 above and to the left of the red circle.

What has broken is the plastic bit that is designed to catch the chain if it derails from the bar- before it can get to the operator.
On more professional size saws- this piece is often aluminum and stands up to the job somewhat better.

Would not surprise me if your local saw shops have a few of these in the scrap bin as uneconomic repairs- go see if you can grab one for parts and get what you need.
