25" bar on Stihl ms271 Farm Boss

I have heard that you can run a skip chain and 25" bar on a Stihl ms271 Farm Boss. Thoughts? Thanks.

If you really had to, I'm sure it would get the job done, but it may get the saw pretty hot, and cut slow. Full skip .325 chain isn't very common, and 25" .325 bars might not be common either, so I would change the sprocket to 3/8 pitch.
