husquavana

My husband is having a problem wth his Husquava 435 which is getting worse. He can start it OK but it runs at high revs and if he touches the throttle it cuts out. He has tried changing the fuel and replaced the spark plug but nothing seems to help. Can anyone offer any suggestion what he should...
