I replaced the fuel line on this saw. I doing so a piece in the tank came out of it's hole in the tank (pictured). I tried and tried to get it back in from inside the tank NO LUCK. In the hole is what I thought was a screen but now not so sure. What is it?

So I have this Poulan Pro 3516, that I have been playing with trying to get it started. Today I got it up and running. Problem now is it's spewing chain oil like crazy. And it's smoking from the muffler, and some liquid (gas & oil). Any ideas what going on? Or do I run it as is? I don't use it much.

I have a Poulan PP3516AVX that ran fine last run. I took the chain and bar off to clean it up. Now it's leaking oil like crazy, from the bar side not the cap side. Can anyone help me with this? I did notice the cap O ring it a little worn, this wouldn't cause the problem would it. Thanks, Don
