I got to replace two pawls on my Partner R435....oohhh nooo. I have searched for parts for similar models husqvarna wants me to buy a new chainsaw phaha After I asked. Three solutions I have thought of. 1. find some zinc alloy with the same thickness and fabricate the pawls myself 2. Change the flywheel all together. 3. Getting lucky to the chainsaw gods because I ain't giving it up. The story is my great uncle gifted it to me as it was just sitting there in the shed, he said if I got it going. I could have it that same day, I looked at it fixed the cracked fuel line, oil line. and she went before tasting her new owners blood ( just a knick on the thumb) however after a couple of days and a few test runs, pawls snapped
what would yall do? maybe I don't know everything.
