Been some speculation trying to identify brand or origin of those winches. Was told second hand some loggers In Seattle WA , they appear to be old lewis prototypes due to extra heavy weight and green color. Made before the redish/orange lighter weight models of later years. Anyone out there...

Can you change out 3/8 sprocket for 404 sprocket successfully. Have a 60s homelite xl12 Thanks
