Saw won't fire. New plug, has very hot blue spark, 118lb. of compression, put fuel directly into the cylinder and still won't fire. Any ideas? Thanks!

As in a TS 400?
If the compression reading is true- it is probably too low- if you are using an automotive tester designed for V8's- it may not be.
100-120 psi and you will be lucky to get a 2 stroke small single cylinder to fire up. Muffler off and see what the piston looks like through the exhaust port- take photos.
Another likely is failed main oil seals on the crank. Massive air leak will stop a saw from starting when all else looks good.
