Just recently picked up an Olympyk 244f saw. It says it was made in 85 made in italy. Saws pretty decent but the starter pulley is broken on it. I have searched but cant find any info on these saws or parts. Anyone know if parts from other companies are compatible with them? Are starter pulleys relativey universal or are they all different.

Honestly- I do not know- might be easy- might be a unicorn part.
Could be it might swap out for a more modern Oleo Mac part- or it might be saw specific and you need to find another 244F to donate parts.
They were just never that numerous or popular outside Europe.
If you can find an IPL or parts diagram for it- you might be able to find a part number and work from there?
