rebuilt my 621.... piston, rings, crank bearings, seals etc. Saw will only start when primed down carb by hand. Runs and idles perfectly and restarts when warm. Saw ran perfect before rebuild
Best quick guess- its not pulling fuel into the cold empty carb- owing to a fuel filer issue, fuel line issue, or fuel pump (impulse and diaphragm) issue.
