repairs

Hi guys, It starts and idles fine with brake on. The problem is when the brake is off, the chain spins madly then it cuts out when you press throttle. I think if i let it idle and warm up for a while, can get it to run ok. I took the bar off and started it...same issues. There is 3 adjustment...
