Stihl MS 162

Bought new on Saturday, brought it home and attempted to start it after filling gas mixture. Messed with it for an hour with no success. Left it over night and tried again. After about another hour it started and I used it to cut a few limbs (20 minutes) downed by storm. Went back out today and it would not start.

Checked out youtube, google, etc. but nothing worked.

Suggestions?

If it is a new saw- take it back, its under warranty. If bought at a dealer- ask for instruction on how to cold start it.
They have a soft start recoil don't they- are you using it correctly?
Are you using the choke for two rope pulls, choke off and pull the rope?
It came with an instruction manual- did you read it? Are you following the starting procedure?

Yes, I got a manual, read the cold starting procedure, and followed it to a tee. Took it back to the store last night and they are going to have someone look at it. They just stocked the Stihl brand and didn't know how to handle a return.
